What is a token?
For voice synthesis models, tokens are units of text and audio. Each model processes both input text tokens and generates output audio tokens:
- •Input tokens are chunks of text (roughly 4 characters per token)
- •Output tokens are audio segments (roughly 1 second of speech equals 50-70 tokens)
Example: A 300-word passage (approximately 1,500 characters or 375 input tokens) would generate around 2 minutes of speech (6,000-8,400 output tokens).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as ACH transfers for enterprise customers.
How often will I be billed?
Pay-as-you-go customers are billed monthly for their usage. Enterprise customers with committed use discounts can arrange custom billing periods.
Is there a free tier?
Yes, new accounts receive $10 in free credits that can be used for any of our available models. This allows you to test our APIs before committing to a paid plan.
Can I self-host SAGEA models?
Enterprise customers can deploy SAGEA models on-premise through our SAGEA SD (Secure Deployment) offering. Contact our sales team for more information.
What is your refund policy?
Since our pricing is usage-based, we do not typically offer refunds. However, we will work with you to resolve any billing issues that may arise. Contact our support team for assistance.
